After practicing for 12 years at a small Buffalo firm, I recently left to begin a solo law practice focusing on helping individuals file for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy. It’s a bit of a challenge to go from an office with several attorneys, paralegals, assistants, and a receptionist, to handling everything solo. The bigger challenge will be letting potential clients know how to reach me, and showing them that I have the knowledge, experience, and temperament to guide them through a difficult process.
This website and blog will attempt to tackle this challenge. Here you will find information about bankruptcy law in general, along with current topics like new and pending legislation and recent court decisions. I will also post about Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs), which is more of a niche area of law but one that still demands considerable expertise.
